Spring: It is the most important component of Skyrunner. Intense Fiber Glass is molded for 20 minutes in Fiber Molding Machine and is then used to make springs. Compared with other competitors, our spring has consistent quality. 2. Exhaustive Spring Testing: Each and every one of our springs is tested extensively. Our Testing Machine uses the force equal to the size of a 300kilogram and tests the spring more than 100,000 times. When we tested other available springs in the market on our machines, unfortunately they only lasted 4000 times. Please remember spring breaks/cracks are very dangerous and extreme caution must be maintained. 3. Aluminum Stand: We use the most exclusive and expensive Aluminum available in China. It costs us $4600 dollars/ton. We ensure our Customer’s safety by using high quality aluminum because cheap aluminum easily distort in them.
