Zhejiang TEC Co., Ltd. is located in Zhejiang TEC Co., Ltd.st Industrial Area, Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province. The corporation was established in June 2004 with the registered capital USD23 million, and total investment USD90 millon. The factory covers an area of 135 mu and current staff are nearly 500. It’s about 60 kilometers away from the south of the factory to China Commodity Market. The west of the factory is close to Datang Textile Market. Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou Expressway, Zhuyong Freeway and Zhushao high speed way and high speed railway cross the territory of Zhuji City. It’s only 80 km from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. The transportation is convenient with the unique geographical position. Currently the domestic advanced integrated spinning production line for preparatory spinning and post spinning has been applied in the company. Two spinning production lines served by Beijing Zhongli and Beijing Sanlian were introduced in 2008 and 2012 respectively, with totally 18 line or 144 units. 29 new draw-texturing machines supplied by Jinzhong Jingwei Chemical Fiber Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2012, leading to totally 41 draw-texturing machines, including 18 all-in-one machines for producing produce air covered yarn also. At present the annual production capacity for POY are 32, 500 tons, and stretch yarns are 25, 000 tons. The annual output can reach more than RMB900 milloin. Now the main products are nylon 6 POY, DTY and ACY in the company. The main specifications are from 20D to 140D for DTY, and 2030, 2070, 4070 for ACY. DTY and ACY can be produced according to customer’s requirements. “TEC” has been registered as the trademark. Products have been widely sold to Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong and other provinces or cities nationwide. Also they have been exported to Southeast Asia and South America, which has been gained good reputation from clients. One professional management team has been formed. As a result, the specifications of the products have been constantly improved, and quality is gradually being promoted. The products have been applied towards the high-end fields, such as weaving, seamless underwear, knitting, etc.
