Zhuzhou Jinshan Cemented Carbide Factory comprehensive modern carbide manufacturer located in Zhuzhou City which is the largest R&D and export base of tungsten carbide in China.

We are established in 2002 and covering an area of 3200 square meters.

We are specialized in different kinds of products manufacturing and selling including machine folders, CNC, welding blades, carbide circular sheets, tile cutter wheels, glass cutter wheels, cutter blades, cold heading dies, stamping dies, tensile modulus, rolls, alloy strips, plates, rods, mineral ball tooth blades, pressures and corrosion-resistant parts. We can also provide all types of non-standard products with mixed materials.

We also provide the services of grinding and coating for carbide blades. Our processing equipment includes universal tool grinders, disc grinders, surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, line cutting beds, lathes, milling machines and blade edge passivation machines. The coating includes titanium nitride, TiN (golden yellow), TiCN titanium carbonitride (red copper), AlTiN aluminum titanium (black), TiAlN (purple, brown), CrN (silver) and high-performance composite coating.

In order to ensure products quality, we introduced many production and testing equipments. Vacuum dewaxing sintering furnace, PVD tool coating furnaces, tilting wet and dry plastic machines, a variety of TPA automatic presses, manual presses, automatic presses, passivation polishing machines and sandblasting machines etc.
