The main shareholders of Zoko enterprise is Sir Bernard Schreier, The owner of the British C.P holding company Zoko is one of the leading companies in Israel in the infrastructure, Energy, Industry and Transportation fields and is the Israeli dealer of famous international brands. Up to date, Zoko&＃039;s main business takes place in Israel, England and Africa. Infrastructure – Zoko is the exclusive dealer of "Caterpillar" products in Israel and offers a wide range of solutions to the infrastructure sector. In this sector Zoko also represent "Ingersoll-Rand", "Terex", "Sandvik" and other brands. Transportation – Zoko is the exclusive dealer of "International Trucks & Engines" (USA) including import, sell and service of Trucks, buses and engines. Zoko also have the concession of "Tatra" (Czech Rep.) trucks that is used in IDF. Industry & Energy – Import of Caterpillar generators, Industrial and marine engines, compressed air system of Ingersoll-Rand, Pneumatics tools, equipment and spear parts to the industry section in Israel. Zoko has a designated Defense division which deals with armored vehicle, armored earthmoving machines and robotics. As part of that division, Zoko Develops and sell products based on three main platforms: Caterpillar, International and Tatra.
