Mode of Payment: Payment is by Fully Funded 1 month SBRDLC for term of contract. Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, Auto-Revolving Letter of Credit, with rollovers and extensions; 100% payment on presentation of the shipping documents (at sight); Confirmed by Prime World Bank, for duration of the contract. Performance G: Two percent (2%) of one (1) month’s shipment value. Origin Restrictions: Origin from China and Turkey are not permitted. Step-By-Step Preliminary Procedure 1. Seller sends Soft Offer. 2. Buyer signs LOI+BCL or ICPO+BCL and return to seller before expiration date (set on SoftOffer). Each destination port with the correspondent quantity to discharge monthly must be specified on the LOI / ICPO. 3. Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO). 4. Buyer signs FCO (on each page) and returns to Seller (with Bank Endorsement signed and sealed by Bank Officials). 5. Seller issues Draft Contract which is approved and signed 6. Buyer signs Draft Contract (on each page) and returns to Seller. 7. Seller issues a Proof of Product (POP) by Bank to Bank 8. Within receipt and verification of the POP Buyer issues a Proof of Funds (POF) 9. Final Contract Issued 10. Seller issues a 2% Performance Bond which activates the Letter of Credit. 11. Shipments start as per contract.
