Established in the year 1980 under the dynamic leadership of Mr. PrakashS Choksi who, after completing his Matriculation at the St. Xavier's Academy, Bombay in 1963, proceeded to Choksi Contacts Pvt. Ltd.st Germany for higher education in Mechanical Engineering and accomplished the course by being the first among the best by securing 97% marks and winning two gold medals to his credit. He completed the course designed for three and a half years in a mere 14 months and was lauded for his tremendous efforts by his peers and contemporaries. He had achieved a tremendous feat in West Germany by completing the course in 14 months which was in Fact, designed for 3.5 years. By hard work, determination and an earnest will to succeed; he has scaled each stair in the corporate hierarchy with vigor and become Chairman & Managing Director of the company. Throughout his entire career spanning more than four decades, he has served Indian Electrical industries tirelessly and fruitfully.
