Business Name: Kuja�Gu Rutz Services Background: Kuja�Gu simply means Muddy Water, derives from a native Wosera language means Deti Wara (Dirty Water-Muddy River) from a flowing river called Nanu River which runs from the North to South of Wosera district going right into Gawi � Sepik River. The name is founded after a soccer team called Kuja�Gu Boys from the village called Wambisa in South Wosera District, it was formally formed by a group of small boys from Jagilangwa Community. The team is from a group of young boys & girls who managed to collect the village youths to challenge the Wanjik Soccer Shield - a former Member for Parliament for Wosera Gawi Electorate back in 1992. Kuja�Gu reflects the characters & friendliness of group of small boys who are living alongside Nanu River at the community called Jagilangwa in Wambisa N0.1 village, Sought Wosera LLG. When the river gets flood it becomes muddy and that the boys enjoy the muddy face games. Until the boys become to call themselves Kuja�Gu, which is then the name is now branded to simply mean Grassroots. The team through its stronghold of sporting interest has interesting skilful members who are now expanding and assisting the community with the community related projects & services. Kuja'Gu now have joined with all members of our elders of the Wambisa Village-South Wosera LLG to fight for the common interest of our people which is to provide services at our grassroots level. The team, branding with logo is now incorporated under the business act of Papua New Guinea to manage as business entity, joining the arms of business activities to wholly support our people in the grassroots level. Our business, product & services are as; Agriculture & Informal Markets, Trucking & Real Estate Services. Goal: With Dedication and Pride, we strive to Support our people with Quality, Disciplined Logistics & Facility across the rural plain of South Wosera, North Wosera, Burui & Gawi and to where we are; for People�s Service, Unity and Welfare. Objective: To Support Local Farmers with Logistics & Facility to boost economic activities in the grassroots level and direct accessibility to markets, refurbishing road, bridges, schools, health centres, servicing and attracting more government workers into the service centres, improving living standards and promoting equal rights participation amongst the various local groups and services providers or workers. Strategies/Output: We will give ready available logistics and facility support to; a. Cash Crop & Garden Produce Storage and Movement � to and fro markets & processing of where needed without restriction to any community, groups, organisations and individual; in service and economic activities. b. Ration, Materials & General Supplies Transportation � uplift and drove off of where needed without restriction to any community, groups, organisations and individual; in service and economic activities. c. Humanitarian Movements - uplift and drove off of where needed without restriction to Local Farmers, Growers, Business Groups, Social Groups, Youth Groups, Students, Church Groups and Government Workers; in service, education and economic activities. d. Facilitate markets within local townships and explore globally � the originating organization will search and establish markets for easy access for high rollover of tangible cash crops e. Facilitate necessary Trainings and skills are imparted to growers, farmers and Team Leaders � that the originating organisation will search and provide management and agricultural skilled personnel to impart skills and knowledge for better field management, quality produce and sustain farm. f. Infrastructure Refurbishment � that the operating vehicle will facilitate poor road fittings with gravel and available timbers for bridges. Activities: The Originating Organisation or Logistics Based Community will provide General Labour to Project; Maintain the Asset and Sustain the Services as a Business Entity providing general labour in its operation through its skilful personnel and training. It only applies to commercial & service produce non other then commutal/person travelling to & fro on board. The Traveller is a different entity and to pay at the cost. This is to avoid unnecessary boarding of facility then keeping his or her being productive. The whole Idea is to influence and to give opportunity to every individual to maximise production in a lower available cost for more value & turn-over benefiting the whole interest. The Plans available as below: i. Plan A: Period of Four (4) Months � Contract Prior to Instant Expiry on due dates ii. Plan B: Period of Eight (8) Months� Contract Prior to Instant Expiry on due dates iii. Plan C: Period of Twelve (12) Months� Contract Prior to Instant Expiry on due dates iv.
