OOCAR is a high-tech group, which is mainly engaged in producing polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin and related products. And it is the largest PPS production enterprise in China. OOCARE owns a strong technical force and abundant professional technicians with high qualification. Besides, it forms an integrated world-class technical developing system with full set of modernized production facilities and testing equipments. 　　OOCARE gathered groups of technical talents in PPS field, and made an alliance with around 100 experts from universities and institutes. Starting from industrialization and aiming at an international level, SCDY had acquired some breakthroughs in key technology, and set up the first 1, 000MT/annual PPS production line of China in the year 2002. In following, SCDY passed certificate of Quality System ISO9001:2000 and Environment System ISO14001. Meanwhile, its products passed certificate of UL, SGS and ROHS. The technique of production line reaches the domestic leading standard and is advanced in global, which filled the vacancy of national PPS industry, and made China be the forth PPS industrialized country following to America, Japan and German. This project was listed in “the National High-Tech Industrialization Model”, “Torch Project of National Science and Technology Bureau”, “Key Construction Projects of OOCARE TECHNOLGY OO, LIMITEDstern China”, “863 Project”, and “No. 1 Engineering Project of Sichuan Provincial Government”, etc. Nowadays, it owns or is preparing to be awarded 11 national patents and 3 independent proprietary intellectual property rights.
