Times Square Holding Ltd has got a religious lamb slaughterhouse in city Kardoskút, Hungary. The capacity of the slaughterhouse is 1500 lambs per day compliance with the strictest religious requirements (HALAL religious cut). We have our certificate from the Hungarian – Islamic Association. Furthermore we offer the possibility to our prospective partners to place their own religious cutting master or religious leader at the slaughterhouse. We have made a religious room, where our prospective foreign partners could be make their religious practises and religious rituals in peace. We have an own religious cutting master too. Furthermore, an online monitoring system is under construction in our factory, we will place 12 cameras in our factory at different working phase. You can watch our process line, from the arriving of the livestock, to cutting, processing, freezing and even the loading of trucks. So our prospective costumers can watch our work and HALAL cutting process in the slaughterhouse via internet from your country 24 hours every day. We can produce 20 MT a day, that is one truck of lamb meat in CARCASS per day. Our factory’s capacity is 100-120 MT per week. The age of processed lambs are maximum 18 months. Their live weight is between 25-45 kg. The usual rate is 60%-40% of ram and ewe, what of course can be changed.
